Maternity Reflexology
During 2009 I attended a maternity reflexology course held by Mauricio Kruchik.During this intensive course I was taught how to use reflexology from fertility issues through to post labour. I decided to take it one step further and travelled to Israel to attend Mauricio's International Reflexology Maternity Conference and Workshop. The knowledge gained at the conference was fantastic - not only from the speakers but also from interacting with the other delegates, many of them midwives who practice reflexology.

Testomonial From Case Study
"I started having regular reflexology sessions with Lindsey when I was 26 weeks pregnant and continued them until the birth. I found the sessions incredibly relaxing and de-stressing as well as helping with the pain and discomfort I was experiencing in my pelvis and hips. I certainly feel the reflexology contributed to a smooth pregnancy and a quick and easy labour. I would thoroughly recommend all pregnant ladies book-in for a session or two" - Kate
